Payment
La Formante accepts all major currencies and global payment methods through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna, and MobilePay Online.
Payment is only charged once your order has been shipped, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
All transactions are securely processed via SSL encryption, ensuring that your data remains protected and confidential.
Delivery
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:

7 – 14 business days for in-stock wheels.

6 – 8 weeks for custom-made or made-to-order forged wheels.
All shipments are insured and include tracking information once dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all standard products purchased online, unless otherwise specified in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your goods.
Please note:
There is no return or cancellation right for custom-made wheels, special fitments, or bespoke designs, as these are produced specifically for you.
Returns are also not accepted once the wheels have been mounted or used.
If you wish to return a product under the standard withdrawal policy, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@laformante.com.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature and functionality.
Warranty
All La Formante products are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law, covering manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, installation errors, or misuse.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@laformante.com within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
Two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data collected during your purchase (name, address, phone, email) is securely stored for the purpose of fulfilling your order and retained for up to five years as required by Danish accounting regulations.
All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
